MANDALA

Image
The word  mandala   is a  Sanskrit  term that means “circle” or “discoid object”. A mandala can be defined in two ways: externally as a schematic visual representation of the universe and internally as a guide for several psychophysical practices that take place in many Asian traditions, including meditation.          I make some mandala star from about 8 -1 2 units. The units are fairly easy to fold and assembled origami is pretty.  So, you can do it too!                 がんばって!

Why Origami

Image
Hi, dears, Welcome to my blog. I like papers very much. I choice origami to make something new  from a piece of paper. Many kind of papers . Why Origami? Origami is one avenue that provides both mental and physical stimulus with exercise. Origami helps develop hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills and mental concentration. Use of the hands directly stimulates areas of the brain. Origami is used in various therapeutic settings, including art therapy and in stroke and injury rehabilitation. Enjoy my blog. Ria Santati
